Job Summary

The Marketplace Operations & Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and product merchandising of EPOS's official Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores across Malaysia and Singapore. The role covers store setup, storefront design and optimisation, SKU management, product listings, pricing and promotion configuration, platform campaign participation, inventory coordination, and overall store optimisation.

This role is accountable for product presentation, store operational quality, and execution efficiency across marketplace platforms. The individual will work closely with Growth, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure EPOS products are presented effectively for e-commerce channels and continuously optimised to improve conversion.

Marketplace Store Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of EPOS Malaysia and Singapore's official Shopee and Lazada stores.
Configure and regularly update storefront resources, including homepage content, category pages, campaign pages, banners, and store vouchers.
Ensure store information, brand information, policies, and product information comply with marketplace requirements.
Monitor changes to marketplace rules, campaign mechanisms, and policies, and adjust operational plans accordingly.
Support the application and execution of LazMall, major marketplace campaigns, and other key platform initiatives.
Product & SKU Management
Create, list, and maintain products according to the EPOS Master SKU management framework.
Optimise product titles, key selling points, specifications, attributes, images, product detail pages, FAQs, and other content for e-commerce presentation.
Manage product variations, bundles, packages, and promotional SKUs.
Update product status promptly based on inventory levels, pricing, and product lifecycle.
Ensure product information, pricing, and configurations are accurate across the Malaysia and Singapore markets.
Merchandising & Conversion Optimisation
Continuously optimise product pages based on sales performance and customer behaviour data.
Improve conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV) through A/B testing, product ranking, bundles, vouchers, and other merchandising initiatives.
Analyse top- and bottom-performing SKUs and recommend improvements to product assortment and structure.
Partner with the Growth team to develop promotional and growth strategies for priority SKUs.
Campaign & Promotion Management
Manage campaign registrations, product submissions, and backend configurations for Shopee and Lazada campaigns.
Support major marketplace campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, and 12.12.
Execute promotional mechanics including Store Vouchers, Product Vouchers, Bundle Deals, Free Shipping, and other platform promotions.
Ensure pricing, inventory, and product information remain accurate throughout campaign periods.
Inventory & Cross-functional Coordination
Monitor inventory levels and daily sales performance of key SKUs.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams on inventory replenishment and out-of-stock alerts.
Promptly escalate stock availability, pricing, logistics, or product issues that may impact sales.
Work with the Customer Operations team to resolve product-related issues involving orders and after-sales support.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular store performance reports and operational issue analyses.
Monitor key performance metrics including Store Traffic, Product Views, CVR, Orders, GMV, and AOV.
Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements across product listings, storefronts, merchandising, and marketplace operations.

Requirements

Requirements

3-8 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Hands-on experience with product listings, storefront management, campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and other marketplace operations.
Experience managing B2B, electronics, POS, SaaS, payment solutions, or other complex products is preferred.
Strong numerical and analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct basic data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple markets and marketplace platforms simultaneously
