Qualifications:

Candidate shouldpossessIn-depth knowledge of business processes andecommerce Platform& constraintsto be a trusted advisor to our clients

Must bring industry best practices and theirexpertisementionedabovewhile working in partnership with the business in defining outcomes as well asto-be processes.

Ability to work along with multiple teams (business,development& testing) to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.

Must be a self-starter and should be able to engage with thebusinesstaking the initiative to helpidentifywhat the business should be tracking and evaluating. Ability to think through problems and makeactionable recommendations.

Must be flexible in working on different Digital Commerce or related roles and engagements depending on assignment.

Would berequiredto understand the business language and translate into user stories / requirements which can be understood by thetechnical team.

Must be creative, innovative, independent / team player asrequiredand be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis andevaluation techniques.
