Financial Accounting & Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review general ledger accounts
Prepare management reports and financial analysis
Coordinate with external auditors and internal auditors
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, IAS, SFRS, Ind AS, etc.)
Implement and maintain strong internal controls
Prepare and review corporate tax computations
Manage GST/VAT/SST filings and compliance
Liaise with tax consultants and tax authorities
Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns
Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning
Monitor budget performance and variance analysis
Support management with forecasting and cash flow planning
Monitor company cash flow and liquidity requirements
Review banking transactions and treasury activities
Manage working capital efficiently
Support funding and financing requirements
Analyze profitability, margins, and operational performance
Provide financial insights to management
Support strategic projects, investments, and business expansion initiatives
Develop financial models and business cases
Ensure compliance with Companies Act and relevant regulations
Coordinate statutory filings and corporate secretarial requirements
Maintain accounting policies and procedures
