We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Relationship Manager, Family Office to join RHB Asset Management. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families, understanding their complex financial needs, and delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal specialists to develop tailored strategies that support wealth preservation, growth, succession planning, and legacy objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with UHNW families, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial matters
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses, including investment objectives, risk tolerance, estate planning, philanthropic goals, and intergenerational wealth transfer strategies
Formulate and implement customized wealth management solutions by partnering with internal specialists across investment, trust, tax, and advisory functions
Present and communicate complex financial concepts, investment opportunities, and wealth solutions clearly and effectively to clients
Monitor client portfolios, deliver regular performance reviews, and proactively recommend strategic adjustments aligned with market developments and client objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UHNW segment to expand the Family Office client base and deepen existing relationships
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards
Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and emerging wealth management products and services to provide clients with relevant insights
Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to the growth, development, and overall success of the Family Office division

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's Degree and/or professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent will be an added advantage
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or family office environments, with significant exposure to UHNW clients
Proven track record in developing and managing high-value client relationships while consistently achieving business and financial targets
Strong understanding of investment products, wealth structuring, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with sophisticated clientele
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial advisory capabilities with keen attention to detail
High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and client-centric mindset
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in financial software applications and Microsoft Office Suite
