Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and integration within ServiceNow ITOM.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable ITOM solutions tailored to organizational requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions within ITOM environments.
Familiarity with automation and orchestration capabilities in ServiceNow ITOM to optimize operational workflows.
Excellent understanding of performance tuning and monitoring within ITOM platforms.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
