Role Description The Event Marketing role at Spearhead Marketing is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing engaging marketing events and activations that support brand awareness and business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in event concept development, managing timelines and logistics, liaising with venues and vendors, and supporting on-site event setup and breakdown. The role also involves coordinating promotional activities, interacting with attendees, gathering feedback, and supporting post-event reporting and follow-up. The environment is fun, collaborative, and fast-paced, offering opportunities to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within the marketing function.

Qualifications

Ability to plan and coordinate events, including logistics, timelines, vendor communication, and on-site support.
Strong interest in marketing and brand promotion, with the ability to support campaigns and promotional activities around events.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members, partners, and event attendees professionally.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Comfort working in a fun, fast-paced on-site environment, including occasional evening or weekend events when required.
Basic proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with social media is an advantage.
