Electrical Engineer (11KV) – High-Voltage Power Systems

We're hiring on behalf of a leading industrial player in the high-value manufacturing sector. We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer (11KV) to take charge of high- and low-voltage electrical operations within a large-scale plant environment.

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, safety-first setting and is ready to lead daily operations, mentor a team, and ensure system reliability at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently operate and switch high/low-voltage systems, perform inspections, record parameters, diagnose faults, and restore systems
• Supervise maintenance contractors and coordinate during plant distribution system construction, including quality control and acceptance
• Lead daily team training and performance management
• Uphold EHS policies, identify hazards, report incidents, and drive safety improvements
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and servicing schedules for electrical equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in electrical system O&M within large-scale manufacturing
• Active Malaysia Energy Commission (ST) certification for 11kV or BO and above
• Ability to perform under pressure with a proactive, committed mindset
• Strong communication, teamwork, and learning agility
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage but NOT a must.
