About the Role
Ensure the safe and normal operation of 275kV substation equipment.
Responsibilities
- Implement superior dispatching and business instructions, coordinate and command on-duty personnel to ensure smooth grid dispatching in the park.
- Participate in emergency handling to maintain continuous and safe power supply during emergencies.
- Review work tickets and operation tickets, and complete all technical records carefully.
- Inspect and monitor electrical equipment according to operation mode, seasons and load changes; report accidents or unsafe conditions to the station master and relevant departments immediately.
- Participate in company safety and technical training, improve professional skills, and put forward safety improvement suggestions.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Good moral character, healthy, no criminal record.
- Hold High-Voltage and Low-Voltage Electrician Certificates issued by the Emergency Management Department, complying with local power grid and government requirements.
- College diploma or above, major in Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering and Automation.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Duty Supervisor or above in 110kV/220kV substation operation and maintenance.
Required Skills
- Preference given to candidates with O&M system implementation, inspection and handling experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in office software and able to read AutoCAD drawings.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with good team spirit and strong organizational discipline.
