Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare 3D perspective drawings according to client requirements.
  • Prepare Elevation drawings according to client requirements.
  • Select construction materials based on client budget.
  • Provide consultation to clients on design theory & advice.
  • Present / propose design solutions to internal stakeholders & clients.
  • Coordinate & collaborate with Project Management & Contract / QS team for proposals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of interior design experience with a strong project portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or 3Ds Max.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
  • Great communication and team player skills.
