Responsibilities:
- Learn various latest engineering technical tools and software.
- Acquire professional knowledge required by the industry.
- Coordinate with clients, associates, and consultants on design, submission, and implementation of BIM.
- Ensure drawings and plans are submitted on time.
- In charge of construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using BIM software.
- Execute 2D to solid 3D conversion.
- Monitoring/checking for any clashes in the 3D model.
- Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there are any changes.
- Perform 4D progress schedule updating on the BIM model.
- Ensure all guidelines and government standards are observed.
- Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and other disciplines.
- Deliver CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination.
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field (Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management).
- At least 3 years experience in BIM Modelling.
- MBOT certified Technician / Technologists accreditation.
- Experienced in the use of 3D Modelling software such as Autodesk Revit.
- Familiar with the principles of project planning, scheduling, and controlling.
- Interest in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry.
