6m FP&A Exec (Healthcare, Central) HFT

. Institution Budget Planning, Forecasting and Reporting.

a. Prepares Institution's annual budget and regular forecasts to Group for timely decision making.

b. Prepares financial reports and other financial information on a timely basis to assist management with timely intervention and decision making.

c. Support variance analysis for management review, e.g. actual performance versus budget and forecasts.

. Capital Investment

a. Support the Institution's digital transformation projects through finance lens review.

b. Evaluate business cases and projects for risks and opportunities.

. Governance

a. Periodic reviews of Institution's internal processes, systems, policies and procedures and put in recommendations to ensure business risks are minimised.

b. Multi-discipline/departments collaborations and initiatives to drive process improvements and controls.

. Stakeholder Management

c. Engage internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative relationships and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the Institution.

Requirements:

. Degree in Accountancy/profession accounting qualifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant) or degree in Business Administration (major in Accountancy or Finance) or equivalent with minimum 2-4 years of related working experience.
. Knowledge in data analytics software, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, will be advantageous.
