Work you'll do
- Support accounting & reporting advisory engagements including PMI, carve-outs, complex accounting and finance operate/transformation services
- Lead workstreams within PMI integration and finance transformation engagements
- Strong technical grounding in consolidation, close processes, and ERP solutions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality across multi-workstream engagements
- Build relationships with client finance leadership and manage day-to-day stakeholder communication
- Develop business cases and track synergies for M&A-related projects / Develop business cases and identify collaboration for finance transformation-related projects
- Coach and review the work of junior team members

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of finance transformation trends preferred
- Proficient in Excel; exposure to ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent), or candidates currently pursuing such qualifications, are preferred.
- Strong written communication skills for workpapers and client status reporting
- Pro-actively identify other areas of business initiatives and changes in the business environment and assess their impact on the business control environment.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
- Logical thinking, good and positive attitude, fast learner and good team player.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
