As we expand across Malaysia and the region, we're looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to support our finance operations and grow with us. You'll work closely with management while gaining valuable exposure to accounting, finance, sales reporting and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle full set of accounts or assist in daily accounting operations.

· Prepare payments, invoices, receipts and journal entries.

· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

· Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

· Generate and maintain sales data & financial reports across retail, e-commerce, and corporate channels (daily / weekly / monthly)

· Prepare sales performance and basic financial analysis (revenue trends, COGS, margins, campaign performance)

· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and government authorities.

Requirements

· Diploma, LCCI, ACCA (Part Qualification) or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

· Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience.

· Fresh graduates with good academic results are encouraged to apply.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables and basic data analysis.

· Experience with accounting software such as AutoCount is a plus.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

· Positive attitude with willingness to learn.

· Good written and spoken skills in English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage

Working Details

Position: Accounts & Finance Executive

Salary: RM3,000 – 5,000 + Allowances

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday
