Adecco is seeking a Cybersecurity Threat Architect (IAM) (HEAD Level role) for a client with a strong presence. This role is part of the Cyber Security team within the Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) function. The team is responsible for critical areas of cybersecurity, including identity and access management, global threat intelligence, data protection, malware protection, and application and infrastructure security. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex challenges and drive transformation, focusing on delivering better experiences through digital technology.
What will you Do
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity access controls and identity threats detection response capabilities
- Ensure tactical and strategic plans are strengthened to respond to increasing threats and changing attack tactics
- Provide technical security direction for identity access controls and identity threats detection response capabilities
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, compliance teams, and business stakeholders to deliver against the capabilities roadmap
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure objectives and requirements are well communicated and understood
Your Skills
- Extensive experience in cyber operations handling cyber threat intelligence and detection response
- In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK and DEFEND Frameworks for designing threat detection and response solutions
- Familiarity with enterprise directories and identity platforms such as Active Directory and Entra
- Proficiency in operating systems, middleware, databases, and cloud platforms from an identity threats perspective
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a focus on influencing without authority
