BHP Temerloh is hiring an Account & Admin Clerk to handle daily accounting and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who already understands basic accounting and can work with AutoCount Accounting Software confidently.
This is not a training role. You are expected to execute, not guess.
- Location: Temerloh, Pahang
- Salary: RM2,200 RM3,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting entries using AutoCount Accounting Software
- Manage invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash
- Prepare monthly reports and basic financial summaries
- Handle data entry, documentation, and filing
- Support general administrative duties
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, and auditors when required
- Ensure all records are accurate, organised, and up to date
Requirements
- Experience with AutoCount Accounting Software (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior accounting/admin experience is an advantage
