Job Overview

BHP Temerloh is hiring an Account & Admin Clerk to handle daily accounting and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who already understands basic accounting and can work with AutoCount Accounting Software confidently.

This is not a training role. You are expected to execute, not guess.

  • Location: Temerloh, Pahang
  • Salary: RM2,200 RM3,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting entries using AutoCount Accounting Software
  • Manage invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash
  • Prepare monthly reports and basic financial summaries
  • Handle data entry, documentation, and filing
  • Support general administrative duties
  • Coordinate with management, suppliers, and auditors when required
  • Ensure all records are accurate, organised, and up to date

Requirements

  • Experience with AutoCount Accounting Software (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior accounting/admin experience is an advantage
