About Us
MAMASAB International is a fast-growing F&B company specialising in premium bakery and frozen food products. We operate 6 central kitchens across Malaysia, 190 mini outlets across Malaysia & Singapore, and work with over 4,000 active agents monthly. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Finance Executive to strengthen our finance team.
Role: Finance & Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily bookkeeping & account reconciliation
Prepare monthly P&L and segmental reports across 6 central kitchens
Monitor and prepare weekly cash flow reports
Process rocess monthly agent commission active agents
Liaise with external auditors & tax agents for COMPLIANCE G and annual submission
Assist in budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 23 years of working experience in accounting or finance
Proficient in SQL, Autocount or UBS or EEEZ
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling
Experience in multi-outlet or multi-branch reporting is a strong advantage
Background in F&B or retail industry preferred
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
