Account & Finance Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1011709)
at our location in Kuala-Lumpur
You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and other documentation.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice verification and data entry.
- Prepare and submit SST returns and reports.
- Prepare and submit eInvoices in the LHDN portal.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and help maintain financial records.
- Organize and file accounting documents accurately, both electronically and physically.
- Ensure financial documents are securely stored and easily accessible for audits and reporting.
- Assist in preparing audit supporting documentation.
- Respond to tax agent inquiries for tax computation.
You have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team; proactive and selfmotivated.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy of financial documents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized filing systems.
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Collaborative and supportive team player.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities or processes.
