Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Account & Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and providing insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and forecast reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans, aligning with organizational goals.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations and recommendations to management.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Manage invoice processing, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide financial guidance and insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare financial reports for group consolidation and reporting purposes.
- Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
- Support ad-hoc tasks, projects, and financial analysis as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles, with managerial experience preferred. Candidate from Big 10 is welcome to apply!
