1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Assist in daily accounting entries (AP/AR, journal entries, expenses recording).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software.
- Handle invoice issuance, billing, and payment tracking.
- Support monthly bank reconciliation and ledger updates.
2. Payment & Claims Processing
- Assist in employee claims verification and reimbursement processes.
- Prepare payment vouchers and support documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on payment matters.
3. Financial Reporting Support
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, statements, and summaries.
- Organize and maintain accounting files and documentation.
- Support external auditors with required documents during audit periods.
4. Administrative Support
- Manage filing, documentation, and internal approval processes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Executive or Management.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred (fresh grads are welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP/AR processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
