Location: Petaling Jaya/ Selangor
Reporting To: Finance Manager
Job Description
- Assist in maintaining the company's accounting records
- Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry and basic reconciliations (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank)
- Support the preparation of monthly reports, including simple analysis and ageing reports
- Help with month-end closing activities
- Assist in audit and tax matters, ensuring documents are properly prepared and filed
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field
- Computer literate with high proficient using Microsoft Office and knowledge in accounting software
- Good interpersonal communications skills and able to work independently.
- High integrity and excellent work ethics with strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
