Candidate as a Client Partner shall work along with the MNC Bank's Account/Delivery Team across Singapore, Malaysia and India to drive our business growth and partnership with the bank
MNC Banking Client has its big technology centre in Malaysia and the prime responsibility would be to create new relationships and farm the existing relationships by catering to the needs/requirements of the clients
Working closely with the client-side Technical Managers to drive client relationship thereby becoming Go-To person for all client needs and requirements
To fulfil the requirements of the client, the candidate may have to drive smoother supply with our practices
Work along with the Account Executive in selling Capgemini solution offerings and Staff Augmentation work to the client.
Own and drive response to RFPs from the client to fruition and successful closures
Maintain relationships with the client stakeholders, especially with the PMO team of the client organization
Generate new revenue chains from the said Account proactively
Participate and/or drive contract and rate negotiations with the client
