Maintaining and delivering a high quality of financial information to internal parties (like management, colleagues) and external relevant parties (li ke auditors, tax authorities) is the core of what we do. You will provide accounting support using standard processes in an effective and timely manner and facilitate/support continuous improvements including digitalization and automation. All deadlines must be adhered to ensure our company is compliant.

Being part of the team, you play an important role to complete the synergy to ensure the processes runs smoothly. One important process i.e. local statutory compliance must be kept. This includes stamp duty, einvoicing, taxes, and balance sheet updates.

As you will be one of the keeper of our company's financial data, you must ensure data security is of the utmost importance in every task and process that you perform.

Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:
We are looking for an intern with a good accounting knowledge. It is a must for the candidate to have the Malaysia Tax Identification Number as the work includes support in tax operations which require access via myTax portal.

You are an accounting afficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of MPERS, IFRS, local tax and related accounting matters. You can work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being good in spoken and written English is required.

Hi, my name is Tan Sook Kim and I'm the CFO. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2001, when I took a role as Accounts Executive in the Accounting team. I moved through the company ladder and landed an Accountant role before moving to the Senior Accountant and Manager positions. In 2025, I moved to a management role, being CFO. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition - accurate data and accounting compliance. Looking forward to having you onboard!
