We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our account management efforts, ensuring client satisfaction and effective project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and project statuses to management.
• Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and client needs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in account management or coordination roles, preferably in the SEA region.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
