Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the Record-to-Report (RTR) function in line with defined OKRs.
• Execute month-end close activities for assigned entities accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support seamless transition of tasks from Country Finance Teams to SSC RTR and propose process improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the RTR function.
• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by the RTR Finance Manager.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and report to the RTR Finance Manager.
• Follow guidance from senior team members and demonstrate proactive learning and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 23 years of relevant accounting experience or similar role.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Experience in shared services / SSC environment is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance (GPA 3.5/4.0) and active in extracurricular activities may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Basic accounting knowledge, including general ledger and financial reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Positive attitude, initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.
