Prepare full set of accounts including General Ledger and necessary financial reports.
Coordinate and manage overall financial planning and analysis, consolidation of accounts, budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
Ensure timely execution of accounting functions including journals, accounting entries and month end closing reporting.
Handling client enquiries
Ensure monthly and yearly financial reports are processed accurately and submitted within the deadline set and able to prepare monthly performance variance analysis in timely manner.
Responsible for timely preparation of necessary financial reports for management, audit, tax and other purposes.
Prepare and present monthly report for client
Be technically sound in accounting standards and relevant laws.
Independent to handle every task given by superior
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor&apos s Degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent.
Required skill(s): bookkeeping, account receivable, account payable, general accounting, general ledger and basic tax knowledge.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Good communication and presentation skill
Able to travel to client office if required
Added advantage if you have SQL Accounting or AutoCount Accounting experience
Equipped with good presentation skill on financial report
