About the Company:

Part of the Digital Account Servicing team responsible to provide end-to-end creative Digital Solutions to clients from wide-ranging industries. Your role involves liaising with client on, amongst others project scope, key deliverables and schedule; while building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be contributing in all project stages from project origination through to project execution and review.

About the Role:

This position requires a person with good organizational and project management skills, as well as competent in project planning and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and liaise with clients to understand project brief and requirements
  • Track project timeline to ensure work is delivered according to schedule
  • Conduct quality assurance tests during project review
  • Facilitate all project requirements between clients and all internal teams, while ensuring relevant parties are kept abreast on key updates such as schedule and budget
  • Involve in preparation of pitch and creative proposals
  • Coordinate communications between all internal creative and development team members
  • Build strong rapport with clients to ensure long term business relationships
  • Continuous learning and developing of industry knowledge to establish areas of opportunity with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience within client/account management role is preferable

Required Skills:

  • High levels of initiative, self-motivation along with good time management skills
  • A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
  • Having analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
  • Ability to lead projects and see projects through to completion
