What The Day Will Look Like

Assist Service Delivery Leader (SDL) to manage the department which encompasses, among other centralized administrative services and quality of the CRS/HS operations. Responsible for the overall support and administration of the Broking/Processing duties in centralization of all transactional processing and ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all assigned tasks.

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist the SDL in centralization of all processing to achieve operational excellence.
  • Review and re-engineering of processes and procedures to improve operational support to the business.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance and implementation of the effective Aon Corporate procedures and controls.
  • Provide training and guidance to the Servicer under their function such as Client Capture, Inflow and DMI, Time Recording, Data Quality and GAMS.
  • Assist in monitoring Data Quality and managing the system data.
  • Assist in handling system UAT testing.
  • Collaboration with team members and work as a team to achieve better result.
  • Provide support to SDL and able to take up additional task on any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Generating of Bridger screening for OFAC Trade Sanction screening and perform AML screening on new prospect/client before creating in eGlobal system and assist in investigating for potential matches.
  • Training new staff and ensuring CPU staff understand the booking procedures, keeping updated on system upgrades, and new procedures.
  • Handling invoicing from Inflow to eGlobal/Evolution, Update of global client policy information in GAMS system, client due diligence and updating of Aon Contract details in eGlobal and sending outstanding premium reminder to clients.
  • Creation of Insurer/Risk/Sub agent as require.
  • Verificaiton of LHDN E-invoice report before Finance upload to LHDN site.

More specifically

  • Responsible in providing the day-to-day support to the Broking Service team in meeting customer's expectation in relation to the day-to-day delivery and Processing matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Company's operational policies and procedures with regards to insurance booking, operational excellence and customer account operations, company policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure the SDL is kept fully informed of any pertinent issues or problems.
  • Working closely together with Finance & IT to support efforts related to, among other financial monitoring and reporting respectively data integrity, standard and analyses.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years in insurance industry or related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to process improvement and business excellence initiatives.
  • Professional qualification in insurance is an added advantage.
