Account Executive

Avantis Technologies Sdn Bhd located in Sungai Petani is hiring an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

Manage fixed assets register and depreciation schedules

Monitor inventory, support stocktake activities, and perform reconciliations

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting exercises

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

Support year-end audit and tax submission processes

Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by management

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Proficient in ERP accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Independent, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
