We're looking for a meticulous Account Executive who would enjoy working in a fast-paced & creative-hungry advertising and design environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt responses to client inquiries.
- Present the Paradox's core capabilities to clients.
- Be the point of contact between the client and the internal team.
- Construct creative pitch briefs upon understanding client's needs and requirements.
- Work closely with the internal team to draft creative proposals for clients.
- Contribute ideas and insights alongside the Creative team.
- Manage project progress and deadlines, including dealing with vendors.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotes & proposals.
- Manage account's budget and invoice the client.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the advertising industry is an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Able to understand, manage, and interpret customer requirements.
- A strong communicator in oral and written English.
- Someone who displays initiative, attention to details, responsibility and is always willing to learn.
- Able to multitask, excellent organizational, time and self-managements skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Possess own transport.
