Description
- Prepare and post journal entries in CW1 or SAP ERP.
- Maintain complete and accurate supporting documents for all journals.
- Upload journal support into CW1 or SAP ERP within required timelines.
- Manage prepayment calculations, schedules, and related postings.
- Process journals for payroll, bonuses, employee benefits, and holiday accruals.
- Compile WIP and ACS files and execute the necessary journal postings.
- Ensure all monthend activities are performed according to the closing checklist and update the status accordingly.
- Oversee fixed asset additions, adjustments, and disposals.
- Carry out Customs Duty and GST/VAT clearing tasks.
- Prepare SAP BPC/EPM financial reports.
- Perform monthly balance sheet and account reconciliations.
- Track and monitor AIF/SM35 processes.
Profile
A Successful Candidate Should Have
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the Accounting & Finance industry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
