GoldenBay Hotel is seeking a committed and skilled Account Executive to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak.
What you'll be doing
- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Assist with monthly stock take and inventory checking.
- Prepare monthly closing stock values.
- Process invoices, payments, and claims.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing.
- Assist with month-end closing and other finance duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry
