Job Description

GoldenBay Hotel is seeking a committed and skilled Account Executive to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Assist with monthly stock take and inventory checking.
  • Prepare monthly closing stock values.
  • Process invoices, payments, and claims.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing.
  • Assist with month-end closing and other finance duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry
