We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage full set accounts, prepare reports, and ensure accurate financial records. This role requires strong accounting skills and proficiency in AutoCount software.
Location: Puchong Boulevard
Salary: RM 4,500 5,000
Workdays/Hours: Monday Friday, 10:00 AM 7:30 PM
Preferred: Chinese/Malay
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full set accounts including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile accounts
- Use AutoCount for accounting operations and reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Requirements (Compulsory):- Proven experience handling full set accounts
- AutoCount software proficiency is mandatory
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
