Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare full set of accounts (AP,AR,GL, Reporting) including reconciliation & collections.
  2. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
  3. Reporting daily reports of Accounting activities to the Director
  4. Prepare general daily sales & collection reports
  5. Manage month end closing and ensure all journals, bank reconciliation, AR and AP are posted accurately
  6. Responsible for cashflow forecast and planning
  7. Maintain proper filling of all financial and administrative documents
  8. Monitor leave and medical claims, handling payroll functions, bonus, leaves, tax,etc
  9. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary as required for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
  10. Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

-Experienced handling account in training Industry is an added advantage

-Strong knowledge of Income tax, E-invoice and Financial regulation

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Highly responsible, effective and able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines

-Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya

-5 days work (Mon to Fri)
