About the Job:
The Account Executive is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, pitching creative campaign proposals, and driving digital advertising revenue. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can build strong relationships and coordinate campaign execution with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and establish rapport with potential clients to drive sales opportunities.
- Prepare and pitch creative proposals and presentations for marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research and develop case studies on innovative campaign ideas.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Liaise with internal teams and oversee the execution of campaigns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Creatively research and network to generate digital advertising revenue.
Job Requirements:
- Possesses at least a professional degree in any field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising industry
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketingResilience and persistence under rejection
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Fast learner and adaptable to new campaign offerings
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proactive, dynamic, and energetic team player.
Added Bonus:
- 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing or media sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, ASANA)
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin is an added advantage
