Account Executive

Account Executive Key Responsibilities:

* Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

* Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules accurately and on time.

* Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Ensure accounting records comply with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

* Support audits, tax filings, and other finance-related activities.

* Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support business and financial decision-making.

* Carry out other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant accounting work or internship experience are encouraged to apply.

* Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, PivotTables) and familiar with accounting software.

* Basic knowledge of accounting standards and Malaysian tax regulations.

* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

* Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

* Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking company.

Working Hours

Mon – Fri: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Alternate Saturday: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM
