Role Description
- Able to handle full set of accounts including month end closing, prepare journals entries and reconciliations.
- Responsible for accurate and timely month end closing for accounts, submission of management reports and variance analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit enquiries
- To perform daily accounting transaction and operations
- Assist in the preparation of the strategic plan, company budget & forecast, including budgetary control and variance analysis.
- Manage bank's queries and annual review.
- Liaise with tax consultants on Corporate Income Tax and tax estimation (CP204/CP204A) and tax agents to manage/ resolve tax compliance.
Qualifications
- Financial Statements, Analytical Skills, and Financial Reporting expertise.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- SQL accounting software experience is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations and practice.
- Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
