Account Executive - Mandarin (Based in Johor)

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Full Time (Mandarin)

Location: Ulu Tiram (Johor Bahru)

Salary : RM3,500 RM5,000

Working Days: Mon-Fri : 8.30AM-5.30PM / Sat: 8.30AM-12.30PM (Half Day)

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Account and Familiar with Account Audit.
• Professional certificates or Diploma & above in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Autocount) is advantage.
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Detail-oriented and able to solve problems independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Female Chinese only

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily issuance of credit notes
• Support audit preparations and liaise with auditors
• Verify supplier invoices
• Update depreciation, accruals, prepayments & deposits
• Maintain and update fixed assets records
• Calculate sales commissions & Department Incentives
• Perform accurate filing of accounting documents
• Review and check order invoices
• Update and reconcile Bank Commercial Card transactions
• Check and calculate Tik Tok sales.
