Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive specializing in Marketing & Advertising, located in Petaling Jaya with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Account Executive will manage client accounts to build strong and lasting relationships. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and utilizing CRM tools effectively. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
• Passionate fresh graduates welcome
• Preferably two years or more experience in advertising/marketing
• Confident personality with ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders of an organization
• Experience with handling multiple projects
• Willing to learn & explore beyond the usual account management role
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and a Go-getter
• Detail-oriented and thorough
