Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melaka for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and presenting reports, handling account inquiries, identifying opportunities for account growth, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Client Management, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Analytical Thinking, Financial Management, and Attention to Detail
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational Skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
  • Experience in sales or account management would be an added advantage
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong team collaboration and ability to work with diverse teams
