Handle the full set of accounting functions, including month-end and year-end closing
Prepare financial reports, journal entries, and monthly schedules for management and the holding company
Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports in line with reporting deadlines
Manage fixed assets, including tracking and reconciliation
Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Assist in responding to auditor and tax agent queries, and review audit and tax reports when required
Support supervision of the accounting team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures (aligned with Singapore holding company standards)
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, Professional Certification (e.g., ACCA partial completion, LCCI, CAT), Diploma, or higher in Accounting or Finance
Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Knowledge of costing is an added advantage
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an Accounts Executive role or above
