Account Executive

• Perform full set of accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filling
• Daily monitoring of cash balances to ensure availability of sufficient cash flow for business operations
• Fixed asset maintenance
• Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures
• Manage audit and work closely with external auditors to ensure timely statutory compliance
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/part-qualified professional/Degree In Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in the areas of Finance and Accounting
• Must have excellent written and spoken skills in English
• Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity
