Job Description

This MNC company in healthcare is looking for Sales Account Executive to join them servicing their clients across Klang Valley.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to gather market intelligence and drive sales growth.

  • Conduct daily call planning including journey planning, setting sales objectives, and preparing persuasive sales presentations.

  • Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage selling activities, track inventory, and monitor sell-through performance.

  • Implement quarterly sales and marketing promotions using PSS (Persuasive Selling Skills) techniques.

  • Secure and maintain merchandising space with relevant POS materials in outlets.

  • Increase customer share of spend in alignment with sales throughput trends.

  • Support operational processes such as order placement, returns, complaint handling, and credit terms management.

  • Report adverse events or product complaints promptly as per company procedures.
  • Salary - up to MYR 5.5K

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or vision care sectors.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive account growth.
    • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
    • Industry knowledge in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or vision care is advantageous.
