Principal Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting and month-end closing to ensure timely and accurate completion of all management reports
- Maintain total check & control of income statement & balance sheet
- Prepare documentation for vendor payments and bills/utilities payment
- Perform periodic reconciliation of selected ledger accounts on a monthly basis
- Responsible for all documents filing
- Supporting Accounts Specialist and Senior Accounts Specialist.
- Process monthly payroll
- Responsible for monthly employees reimbursement claim
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in staff recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Prior working experience in audit firm would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of SQL accounting system is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of people
- Well organized and meticulous
- Able to work independently and professionally under minimum supervision
- Able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with high efficiency and accuracy
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint and Word
- Language proficiency (speak, read and write): Bahasa Melayu and English.
