Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive (Accounts Payable) located in Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing the full accounts payable cycle — processing supplier invoices, performing three-way matching against purchase orders and delivery orders, preparing payment runs, and maintaining supplier reconciliations. Responsibilities also include supporting month-end closing, maintaining accurate records for audit purposes, liaising with vendors on billing queries, and working with the procurement and operations teams to resolve invoice discrepancies. Training will be provided on internal systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Working knowledge of the accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, matching, and payment preparation
• Familiarity with accounting software; experience with SQL Accounting is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with high volumes of documentation
• Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• Understanding of SST treatment and local statutory requirements is a plus
• Organised, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
