Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Kuantan. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, handle customer accounts, and drive business growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, ensuring the timely delivery of services and products, coordinating with internal teams, and managing accounts receivable and invoicing. The role also involves maintaining strong customer satisfaction and providing support for contract follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in account management, negotiation, and maintaining client relationships
- Strong skills in financial management, invoicing, and accounts receivable functions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and accountability
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office and SQL systems
- Knowledge or experience in electrical, EPCC, or renewable energy projects is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
