Job Description:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting and budget processes.
- Drive cost optimization initiative to improve gross margin.
- Manage cash flow, working capital & financial risk effectively.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Partner with management in expansion planning & investment evaluation.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations for new projects & capital expenditure.
- Supervise & provide guidance to the account department team members on the financial / accounting operation.
- Implement internal controls, risk management strategies & to improve the accounting / financial work process flow.
- Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors and tax agents on annual audit and tax matters.
- Assist with any other related tasks as and when required by management or HOD.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance (ACCA / CPA preferred)
- Minimum 6-8 years experience, with managerial exposure
- Experience in trading / manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of SST, tax planning and compliance
- ERP system experience
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
