1. Task Prioritization & Compliance

  • Prioritize daily tasks to achieve objectives.
  • Follow SOPs in all operational activities.
  • Monitor and report campaign progress with weekly/monthly updates.

2. Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Understand and fulfill customer requirements with timely communication.
  • Provide account management support, especially for Tier 1/Corporate clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign and communication status.
  • Develop positive relationships with leads and clients.

3. Client Onboarding & Marketing Support

  • Execute onboarding for new consumers.
  • Liaise with internal teams for overseas clients during onboarding and campaigns.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Provide recurring campaign performance reports.
  • Follow up with clients on campaign listings and updates.

5. Consumer Verification Call

  • Conduct cold/warm calls to verify potential buyer leads.
  • Ensure accuracy before forwarding leads to internal systems.

6. Contract & Renewal Management

  • Discuss renewals with clients before contract expiration.
  • Maintain relationships through contract agreements.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in business-related field preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Required: 12 years Account Management experience, 1+ year direct customer-facing role.
  • Preferred: Project Management, Real Estate, or website/listing portal account management experience.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); Salesforce/Tableau a plus.
  • Excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong people management skills to align goals across accounts.
  • Languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. (Cantonese & Mandarin compulsory for overseas clients from Hong Kong and China.)
