Role Description

Adsec Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Petaling Jaya. The primary focus of the role is on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, generating leads, and securing new business opportunities. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales in the IoT, technology, or related industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think creatively
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• High degree of autonomy, with a self-starter attitude, and excellent organizational skills
• Fluency in written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with teams across an organization
• Previous experience in project management is desired but not necessary
