Role Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will lead client accounts and projects for Malaysia. You will be a key player that focuses on delivering top-notch service and high-quality work. This role, as part of our Southeast Asia team, will work closely with internal and external team members to drive campaign and client success, bridging client objectives with delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary key contact.
  • Lead account planning, strategy discussions, and project delivery.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and quality control for all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams and offshore teams to ensure smooth processes and spotless execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to pitch and proposal development.
  • Supervise junior staff and provide mentorship and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in account management or project management within an agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital, ATL/BTL marketing, and production workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
  • Positive team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Experience working with regional clients is advantageous.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid Model: The role operates within a hybrid working model, with teams in the office around three days a week.
  • Regional Collaboration: Regular interaction with regional offshore teams, requiring flexibility and respect of diverse cultures.
  • Dynamic Projects: Engagement in a variety of projects across different media channels, providing a dynamic environment.
