Account Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned accounts in Southeast Asia (SEA)
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service
• Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports to stakeholders
• Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-10 years of experience in account management or sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze data and market trends
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus
