Overview

We are seeking a dynamic person to join our Asia Pacific Sales team as an AccountManager for our downstream software solutions having8+ years of Fuel Station Automation/POS/ Fleet Management Solution sellingexperience. The Account Manager (AM) will be part of an extraordinary team that delivers innovative software solutions for the downstream Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

Build full Account Plans for downstream oil and gas accounts in APAC, focusing on Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam

Strong knowledge of the APAC market, with personal contacts within oil marketing companies.

Experience in the downstream Oil & Gas industry, with a deep understanding of end clients across the APAC region and a track record in selling automation solutions.

Work closely with our internal FuelTrans resources (Pre-sales, Software, Operations, and other Services team members) to create a compelling message for clients from initial contact through to end user experience: Ensure an exceptional Total Customer Experience at each account you manage

Mature and formalize account relationship expectationsand address all FuelTrans products and solutions with a growth strategy for each that maximizes customer share across all assigned countries.

Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective account management.

Put availablesystems into practice (salesforce.com for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for output eficiency and standardization.

Being an active member of the team focused in building a cooperative and successful team environment

Quick learner maintaining functional and technical knowledge of the entire FuelTrans offering along with domain expertise

Build and develop market awareness and brand recognition in the APAC region

Requirements

At least 8 years experience in account management and/or software sales preferably in the Oil and Gad industry in the APAC region

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical, business discipline, or equivalent

Advanced English level. Preferred: Proficiency in Tagalog/ Malay/ Thai Strong presentation skills

Ability to negotiate and present strategic proposals Ability to identify opportunity and close deals
